I'm a Charlotte real estate broker and investor, licensed since 2017, with 300+ deals closed between brokerage transactions and my own investment activity. Listings, land, first-time buyers, estates and probate, rentals, and projects of my own. Most agents have never bought an investment property themselves. I have, hands-on, since 2020, across residential homes, small multifamily, and land, plus a portfolio of long and short-term rentals.
